- Psychologists Provisional and General
Your Best Life Mental Health is always on the lookout for superstar psychologists to join our growing team. We welcome psychologists of all levels to apply.
Your role:
- Author high-quality positive behaviour support plans and train implementing providers and key stakeholders in positive behaviour support strategies
- Deliver evidence-based behavioural, developmental and cognitive therapy services
- Be client-centred, collaborative, creative and inclusive
- Carefully plan interventions and evaluate outcomes
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Maintain client records as required by the NDIS and other funding streams
- Comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct and Professional Code of Ethics and Conduct
- Undertake organisational training and professional development
- Participate in professional supervision

- Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
We are looking for Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our team.
What you need to succeed:
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of positive behaviour support, plans, assessments and service delivery to a wide range of people with a variety of disabilities.
Has explicit knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support principles including functional behaviour assessment, intervention and service delivery practices and Restrictive Practice Authorisation processes.
Demonstrated experience supporting the implementation of behavioural support strategies and interventions with implementing providers
Experience in monitoring, review and evaluation of support strategies to ensure they are implemented correctly and consistently to improve the quality and effectiveness of behaviour
High level interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, families and/or their support network and other stakeholders
Excellent communication skills including report writing and presentation skills.

- Occupational Therapist
We are looking for Occupational Therapists to join our team.
What we are looking for:
- Tertiary level qualifications in Speech Pathology and Speech Pathology Australia registration.
- Tertiary level qualifications in Occupational Therapy and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
- Knowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of, assessment tools to support clinical reasoning.
- Ability to work with others and positively contribute to team spirit and motivation.
