With a background in nursing and complex case management, I have spent the last six years working in the disability sector. My career began as a private disability support worker during my nursing studies, which sparked my passion for helping individuals with disabilities. I transitioned into case management, focusing on clients with complex needs, and discovered my deep commitment to improving the quality of life for those I work with.
Driven by this passion, I pursued a degree in social science majoring in behavioural management, where I started to build my skills in positive behaviour support I take a holistic approach to care, believing in the power of collaborating with all support networks surrounding an individual to create a strong sense of community and improve outcomes.
Having worked with individuals with a wide range of disability diagnoses, I bring a well-rounded perspective and a commitment to fostering an environment of empowerment, growth, and support for every person I work with. My goal is to ensure every individual receives the care and support they need to thrive in their community.
