With extensive experience in trauma-informed care, Kyra values creating a sense of safety, consistency, and transparency to foster strong therapeutic relationships. She is committed to empowering clients with complex needs by building effective support networks and delivering culturally sensitive therapies. Her diverse professional background includes working with various cultural groups and disadvantaged populations, where she has helped clients overcome barriers, clarify diagnoses, and access essential services like the NDIS.
Kyra’s practice is enriched by her Diploma in Logotherapy, which she uses to help clients uncover meaning and purpose in their lives. She finds great satisfaction in connecting with people, hearing their stories, and being a part of their journey toward growth and change.
Starting her career in health administration, Kyra transitioned into psychology after the birth of her first child, balancing studies with valuable experience in health management. She feels privileged to walk alongside her clients, humbled by their trust and resilience, and driven by a desire to help them live their best lives.
