Iryna enjoys working with individuals or groups, across all ages using evidence-based interventions. Her special interests include Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Art Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy.
Iryna approaches each client situation holistically. She adopts non-judgemental, respectful and compassionate approach to working with her clients. She strives to developing therapeutic relationship, as well as providing safe, supportive and nurturing environment, where the change and goal achievement can occur. She focuses on helping clients to rediscover their inner strength and personal resources.
Throughout her work in the early childhood education sector, she worked with a variety of children and families, including those who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, communication difficulties, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety Disorder. She puts great emphases on supporting harmonious, well-functioning family relationships as a base of positive change and growth for all the members.
Iryna loves spending time outdoors. She enjoys gardening, regular walks and jogs, and camping holidays with her husband and 2 sons.
