Svetlana Daly is an experienced General Psychologist, Behaviour Support Practitioner and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of expertise in clinical practice, teaching, supervision, and research. She specializes in Functional Behaviour Assessment, Behaviour Intervention Development, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and training across diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.
She has presented her research at international conferences, authored journal articles, and contributed chapters to reputable handbooks in her field. Svetlana is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology at the University of Auckland.
Her passion for working in the human sector stems from a deep fascination with understanding human behavior-why we do what we do and applying evidence- based practices to create meaningful, positive change. Svetlana is driven by the desire to use this knowledge to empower individuals to achieve their goals and lead more fulfilling lives. Collaborating with clients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop effective interventions is incredibly rewarding, as it allows her to make a real difference in helping people overcome challenges and thrive.
